1. Where can I find details of CAW Cell in Mumbai (area wise if possible). No details are on their website. Nearest Police Station too does not have details of CAW mentioned anywhere.
2. How many days (approx) it takes for compliant filed at Police Station to be sent to CAWC to initiate councelling?
3. If case sent to CAW Cell and then what will happen to the filled complaints of DV or 498a in following senarios:
a) both parties agree for divorce, will complaints be quashed or withdrawn or what else?
b) both parties do not reach any agreement, how much time it would take for FIR?
