Change of dob on birth certificate

Sir,

My date of birth on all my documents (10th class, DL, Passport, Voters ID) is 29-04-1987 (which is wrong), but on my birth certificate it is 29-06-1986 (Actual). Now I need BC for immigration purpose (Schengen Visa work permit) and DOB on both passport and BC should be same. I cannot change DOB on my passport and other certificate since it is laborious and almost impossible to change on all certificates. Is there any way to change DOB on my birth certificate (Panchayath secretary has to correct it in the local records)? ie. I need my passport DOB on my birth certificate. Request you to help me in this regard as it seems I am in a very complex situation. Thanks in advance.

See the Date of Issue of the DOB Certificate .

Is it much later to 29.6.86 or in Jun or Jul 1986

If its later to 29.4.87 , or even there is a significant gap between the DOB and the Date of Issue of DOB Certificate , you have a caIntimate here and we will see
