Dear Advisors, a builder gave a name say ‘A’ to a building before constructing it and kept the same name even after completing a building. Is this name ‘A’ registered somewhere by builder? Further a builder sold all flats of a building with the name ‘A’ on sale agreement. Now all occupants of this ‘A’ building formed co-op. hsg. Soc. without builder and all occupants proposed to change and further changed the name from ‘A’ to ‘B’ of building. Is this valid, legal etc. etc. Please explain in details.
