Changeing the court

hi sir my name is kishore my father is bussiness man recentley my father got loss in bussiness and closed is bussiness but somany people placed a case against my father 420 and 406 and polices had filed a charge sheet against my father and case is handover to court and my father had collected the documents from court last week and he was afarid of going to the court  and is there any posible to chage the court another place kindly give suggestion about this
