Changing dob in birth certificate

Hai,

I need to apply the birth certificate for me and my wife for canadian immigration (FSWP).

My date of birth in my SSLC certificate & Passport is 28.05.1982. Actual birth date is 16.07.1982

For my wife it is 25.051983 in all certificates (SSLC, Degree, PG certificates & Passport). Actual Birth date is 09.06.1983

Till we have not applied for the birth certificate. But we need to apply it soon.

I am not sure whether the birth is registered or not at that time.

What we can do if the DOB in the birth certificate is actual DOB (ie Not matching  with the certificates)

Please advise.

Regards

Jomite Gopal

Birth certificate is not necessary for those who borne before the year 1989 as per passport norms. Differences of date of birth may cause trouble to obtain passports.
