I am Vaibhav, i do have some query and hope someone will guide me on that
1 year ago i taken a loan from cooperative bank( Patpedhi),my father is on Director body of that bank,last year he sufferd from paralises and passed away ,but during treatment i take loan from their bank of 2.5 lakh as they people closer to my family,they just taken sign of me and my sister on loan form as we trust them at that time they told we can put amount later on,
As my dad passed away they send us notice after 9 months mensioning that we have taken loan of rs 3.8 lakh and +Intrest on that is 60 k for 8 months,when we ask them they are showing us a loan form on which they mention the amount of 3.8 lakh,it means they clearly cheated to us, so now what we can do against them???
Their is no any kind of shuerty,or morgage for such kind of loan also no payment slip as both me and my sister were student,so how could they claim for such a loan at current senario no one in my familly is earning and they send me notice, so i need suggesion here that what should me and my family do????????
