I got an offer for booking a 1 BHK flat of Supertech from Investors Clinic in Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida during its Prelaunch at a very low rate duirng Feb 2013. While booking I asked them if by some reason I need to cancel the booking what would be the case, they told me I can get the amount refunded back. During April, there was a personal emergency as my father needed some amount for medical emergency and also I started facing some financial crunch, I asked Investors Clinic to cancel it and if needed I will purchase some other flat after some time. They asked me to email them, I emailed it on 8th APril, 2013 to start cancellation process and give my amount back.
Now after 3 and half months of continuous Phones and email followups, today I came to know that Supertech builder has said that they will not refund a single amount of mine as they said as per companies policy, 15% of total property cost will be deducted and since I have paid only 10% til now, I will be forefeited with any amount, this was not told me by the dealer ie Investors Clinic anytime infact they always assured me that I will get my amount back.
Not only this, till now I have only one Provisional receipt from Supertech that too for some Block B-3-903 received in March 2013 but the cancellation is being processed for some B-1-903 flat which they changed internally without intimating me. I have never received any allotment letter or anything like that. I occassionally used to get demand letters for money which I was asked to ignore by the Investros Clinic. today I am feeling so much cheated, please help me.
