Cheating by reliance over extended warranty

Another SCAM By RELIANCE DIGITAL SERVICES Karlo dunya muthi me✊💦 Yeahh thats what they say to fleece indian people of their hard earned money Guys please take a minute out and forward this to 1 group atleast, this could happen to u too someday! Lets show the REAL POWER of SOCIAL MEDIA I manuel francis am a para medical intern at fortis hospital mulund,my friend had gifted me a lenovo p85 android phone wid an extended warranty purchased at reliance digital services,it is a fraud and cheat company with 0 customer service,i had not used the phone for 1 year since i had another android phone that i was using..but wen i used the lenovo p85 for the 1st time i realized that there was an issue with the antena and range, as sim card was not detecting any range in the phone,i tried using many sim cards I went to the reliance store 2 months back..they wasted 3 to 4 hours needlessly analysing my phone and formated it saying the issue will be resolved on formatting which i knew wouldnt..then they asked me for a booklet that they hadnt provided me with at the time of purchase..they wasted another month ordering a extended warranty resq booklet for me. I had submitted my phone on 8th august for repair,they said the issue would be resolved in 10 days or else they would provide me another handset for usage purposes which was a 'false' promise again..even after 10 days they did not bother to call me back and inform,wen i called they said they will look into the matter in half an hour but the same story repeated,i visited their store religiously for weekss..they kept making false promises of repair and issue being resolved evry day,last friday my patience ran out i shouted at them and threatened to them i will go to the consumer forum,they comitted to resolve the issue by monday,today when i went to the store,they started acting ignorant and told me plainly that the issue is irresolvable since they are not finding the parts of the phone and that hence they would pay me 30% of the amount i purchased my phone and keep the phone for themselves When i tried to argue my point here that inspite of paying 18k rs plus an extended warranty of 1k that they werent going to replace,repair or adequately compensate for my greiviences, the guy at the desk claiming to be the manager MR.RAJEEV SAHINI behaved aggressively with me,shouting like a mad dog,banging the desk like an uncivilized animal threatened me that he will never return my phone back..he said 'do what u can'..can u beleive it? He had the audacity to tell that to me instead of solving my issue..he even called the security gaurds on me for raising my voice and abusing him inreturn,this is not customer care but CUSTOMER ABUSE Inspite of so much drama there was no solution to the problem,i have wasted 2months behind it..precious two months,i had my final exams graduation and important interviews which got stuck up because of their IRRESPONSIBLE AND CARELESS BEHAVIOUR, its because of lazy and corrupt people like these INDIA DOES NOT PROGRESS! I HAVE MISSED MY DAILY ROUTINE most importantly GYM WORKOUTS AND INTERVIEWS BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE, i am mentally tortured,i ADVICE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL SERVICES, ITS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, trying to cheat people on the basis of EXTENDED WARRANTY I also have a sensational video of the whole conversation with the customer care executive ,i am going to use the power of social media to expose the whole scam just imagine guys they have so many stores,they literally beg you to buy an extended warranty worth rs 1000 and do not help customers in any way instead fleece masses,this has happened with many people PLEASE help me wid this God will bless u

You have the right to lodge consumer,civil,criminal complaints.

If you feel aggrieved you may approach consumer forum for redressal of your grievances.
