Kindly clarify the following argument :-
In tender schedle the Item mentioned as :-Catenery clips and contact clips = 10400 Nos. X Rs.300 = Rs.31,20,000/-
(Both are different items one is Copper item and another is Brass item)
How much I have to supply to the Party.
We say 5200 +5200 = 10400 Nos. (as per schedule)
Party say 5200 + 5200 = 5200 Nos. (i.e possiby he is counting as sets and telling to supply 20800 nos)
Howevver, there is no where n tender mentioned as Sets but mentioned Only as Numbers.
I require your valuabe suggestion as per legal point of view.
