Sir in Air India Limited, Ministry of Civil Aviation under a gazette notification dated 11th May 2011 constituted a committee under Retd. Justice D. M. Dharmadhikari. One of the terms of reference of the committee says "To examine the principles of pay/wage rationalization and restructuring between all the employees of the erstwhile airlines." However the committee has called for view of our worker trade unions and now is in the process of implementation of the Retd. Justice's recommendation by issuing of notification. The said committee report is available on ministry site https://civilaviation.gov.in/
