Hi,
I have provided my share certificate to the society for transfer in my name from the name of the previous owner.
The flat is in name of my father. I am having Power of Atorny and authority letter for collecting it.
But the society persons are saying that they will provide it to my father only(the owner) as he is leaving in our home town which requires a journey of 1 day.
So is the stance of the society leagal in it.
