Is it legal when Packers and movers charge over and above actual insurance premium, which is charged by insurance compnay. Understand packer provides may services to facilitate insurance and claims, they will deposit money from their account, fill forms, submits forms, collect policy and then help if there is claim, many a times pay claim from their pocket and take reimbursement when claim is settled

Generally the same pemium which is cillected from the customers, to be remitted to the insurance company.If any difference is there the internal auditor of the firm will point out and report to the management of the firm. The management must take action on discrepancy of collecting premium. This is the procedure.
