Company isn’t reasling my salary

I completed my two-month notice period and left the company in a correct manner. However, throughout these two months (June and July), I did not receive my salary; instead, I was told that it would be paid upon full and final settlement. My company hasn't released my salary in the last fifteen days, and now they are saying that because there was no work contribution from my side, they didn't receive payment from the client for the month of July. Hence they aren't able to release my salary. Can someone kindly advice.

Just issue them a Legal notice and then file labor complaint

The company's reluctance to pay the salary for the cited reason is unjustified and unlawful.

You first issue a legal demand notice demanding the arrears of salary amount, failing to comply with the demands made, you may file a suit for recovery of your dues before civil court.
