public officer discharges his duty of his officeand carries on any statutory or executive function.in this context does execution means only admission of the signature and its contents.in case based on pronote,the initial burdenlies on the plaintiffto prove execution of pronote.with this position of law what difference and or presumption occurs in case of death of an executant--who is a public servantor just a public.kindly enlight.
