Respected Experts,
I am working with an NGO on contract basis and in my appointment letter it was mentioned that my contact will be renewed after one year (that was expired on 15 Feb 2012) and to renew it I wrote many mail to management but every time they told that it will be renewed very soon but till the date it is not renewed but I continued to work with the same organisation and regularly signing in the attandance register.
Now it is more than 6 months since my contract got expired and still they are not renewing neither the salaries nor the contract. Now they can releave me any time without any notice.
So I would like to ask you that how can I secure my job here or what actions should I take ???
