It is regarding conveyance deed for society.
We are from Kharghar (Navi Mumbai ). While builder developed the building, he had executed development agreement between Cidco/Landowner. which is not registered and not paid stampduty for that agreement. Bulider gave 6 flats and 1 shop to land owner for this deal. After that he developed the building and sale remaining flats to all of us.
As building members, we formed a cooperative society at last year (
Now society want to do conveyance deed (Land transfer) to the name of the society which is still on “Gaun wala” Land owner’s name.
As a action, We (Society) had sent two letters to builder regarding land transfer to society name but builder is not even responding to them. Therefore we are in dark that what would be the next step pertaining to this?
Someone told us there is concept of deemed conveyance deed, where builder/landowners are not required. Could you please advice what is the right way from here?
