Copy of Court Proceedings

Dear Guru's,

We have asked our lawyer to get copy of court proceedings and he said it is not possible.

How can the plaintiff or defendant in the case apply for court proceedings in Hyderabad Civil Courts?

Who do we need to contact and what is the general procedure?

thanks for the guidance & advice.

ask him to apply for "B" diary extract or plaint and orders

For some reason, our lawyer is reluctant to obtain copy of the "B" diary extracts.

Can the plaintiff or defendant apply for this directly?

Is it possible to also get copy of "A" diary extracts?

Can we do this thru RTI?

you can apply through a copy application and obtain copy of all documents and daily orders except the judges personal notes if any even if your lawyer is not willing, buy a copy application form costs about Rs.1/- or 2/- fill in the details of what documents or orders you want go to central copyist establishment and file it you will be given a copy application numbers note or remember it  contact the superintendent of the section for faster processing and if you persuade the superintendent you can  get all the copies by evening or next day b y depositing the coping charges / xerox charges i.e. @ Rs.2/- per page of the document

you can apply but need to affix stamps when called for

Dear Sreenivas Garu,

We went to the court and tried to apply for the "B" Diary Extracts. We were asked for a reason for such application. We were also alerted that our Lawyer will come to know we have applied and the stated reason.

For obvious reasons, we cannot state we are applying because our lawyer refused.

What are typical reasons for application of "B" Diary extracts.

thanks,

Srinivas

mention the reason for  "reference/record purpose " at at sign of counsel correct it as party in person and sign there and submit does it really matter if your lawyer comes to know that you applied or in case you find any difficulty contact any other advocate whom you know and give him a vakalat he can get copies for u or at the court you can find advocate clerks  who typically carry files and talk with court staff and public and advocates who are easy to identify or go to advocate clerks room and tell them what you want and verify their card and for some fees negotiate they can get you work done by a day or two
