One of my friend had Purchased a flat 7-8 yers back in a resale. But now a correction deed has to be executed. (Change of Floor). The original Builder is ready todo it. But the seller is not found.
How can this deed be executed.

the buyer and the seller should sign an agreement stating the sale and confirmation of the property along with terms and conditions. This document also mentions the terms and conditions and the sellers intentions of selling away his property.So seller is a must.
