Hello Forum,
Can someone tell under which Law and Rule is Covered Tehbazari stall/shops of MCD (Muncipal Corporation of Delhi) in covered? I heard they are making Bio-Metric cards of "Genuine allotees" (whether Original or transferee) in Delhi. I download Delhi Muncipal Corporation Act 1957, but could not find/search the "tehbazari" word in there.
