today morning my father got a call from some no saying that he is from sbi bank and as we are their old customers they would like to gift us some items after that they asked my father about card details for verification soon 19000 were debited from our card also after that some fraud called us saying that he si from sbi and we cant do anything fraud is done no fir etc and he blocked card .After that we went to bank and came to know about fraud transaction also the fraudster knew my fathers mail and every thing he somehow compromised my fathers mail account and also send a mail to fraud company about me confirming the product
pl help us what to do and how to get the money back
