Hi,
I could not find any information on the web on the standard of review applied by Bangladeshi courts in criminal appeals. Also, I'd like to know if a convicted person can appeal a criminal conviction after he left Bangladesh and was sentenced in his absence but he asks a lawyer to represent him in appeal proceedings.
