After suffering mental cruelty from my wife, her abnormally aggressive behavior and most irresponsible acts and misdeeds of my wife towards me and my parents over a period of last one year, I have finally decided to file a divorce petition. What are the prospects of my getting the custody of my two lovely children aged 3+ & 4+.under the following conditions.
1. My wife is a mentally unstable person, possibly suffering from OCD, Bipolar or serious hormonal imbalance problems.
2. She has been threatening to committ suicide and even threatening to poison my children if i dont meet her exorbitant monetary demands. I have record of her SMs massages of such threats.
3. For the last one year, her mission of life is to implicate, me and my parents in false cases, as i stared to curtail her most unfair demands much beyond my sources of income. She keeps threatning only, but does not dare it , lest it recoils on her .
4. Despite several of my requests, she refuses to go with me to a psychiatrist for joint counselling.
5. She has no resources at all to support my children as she is not working, nor she wants to work.
6. My family people are highly qualified and very well placed in life and can provide much better financial and emotional support to my children than her side of the family .
