Cyber act and defamation

Respected All, 

I was cheated by someone. I have all the evidence to prove so which includes, letters, photos, audio recordings , Video recordings etc etc. 

Just to alert  public if I hut that on net where others can access then will that amount to defamation or will that come under cyber law. I repeat I have all the proof to nail the culprit. 

 Where can I read salient features of Cyber laws?
