Hello Sir,
My GrandFather has 3 sons and 2 daughters. My Father is the elder son. My GrandFather has a property(House) and he died without writing any WILL on the property. But his Wife recently made a WILL stating that the property belongs to only his younger son and not have any right to other sons. The younger son recently demolished the house and built an appartment and the other son got one flat and he is living there.They did not ask my father when demolishing and building the house and when we tried to object them they are not responding to us. Now my father and myself wants my share back. Please advise how to proceed.
