Hello All,
My Father has got 0.5 acres of land to his name by Declaration Act came in Indira Gandhi's rule. My question is,
1. Do the children(I and my 2 brothers) have the right to get their part?
2. Do the children(I and my 2 brothers) have the right to object selling of the land by the father?
3. If we have the right, how can we stop selling of the land and get our parts?
Please advise me.
