Declaration of nullity

My grandfather died in the year 2018. In 2024, I received a call from somebody I don’t know and he said that he had a document signed by my grandfather claiming that my grandfather sold all the family property to him. When I asked him when my grandfather signed that, he said he had signed the sale deed in 2020. I want to file a lawsuit against him proving that my grandfather died in 2018 and he made the documents by fraud. What remedies are available if I file a lawsuit against this?

You collect the evidences for his fraudulent claim and lodge a criminal complaint against him with the local police.

Besides,  on whose name is the property now?, if he is not in possession then you can file a suit for permanent injunction against him to restrain him from interfering with your possession and enjoyment of the property.
