See some months back I said the same things to Renuka when she was mixing social stuffs with legal discussions vehemently (read aggressively) and you are also doing the same.


Tell me are you here for legal knowledge sharing or for social bonding and offcourse I know ‘feminsit’ don’t like patronizing it was a test and you passed it in silver quality. A feminists will never touch the ‘core’ legal point when discussion arise instead will divert matters to third party issues wherein the main core issue will still remain as it is. I wrote to you and you are supposed to address to me why note my tone (that reminds me of famous quotes of Hon'ble Soli Sohrabji........I will quote that someother time it is on Domestic Violence btw) bring Arup and his mega postings and question me. I can write to him too and so do he can to me and what does this brings you out from? Supose I write to him, does that make your heart pound slower now kya. I mean what is this logic madam you are conveuing in open legal forums? Anything legal in all these.


I still suggest kindly give answers to legal postings in legal way or be just a good reader to various posts of so many writers here, instead of making it a social agenda.

Law is an instrument of social control .One cannot do research if he or she doesnt know the social research.

LAW IS NOT FOR LAW SAKE,law originates and function in a society and for the society.

This is what I am saying Kushan Ji, what you said was opposite what I have said. Check your posting
