regarding demarcation i want to know some thing...so plz help me out in this matter..
1.What is the rules of demarcation of a land?
2. under which Act demarcation of land is made ?
3. Can a Deputy Collector and Magestrate give possession of a land in the name of demarcation...if no then what action legal remidies can we obtain if he does so ?
