When you say he is just a partner and doesn't work what are you trying to say? Generally when you are a partner in a law firm you are generally working as well. How can you justify your partnership if there is no financial reward at the end. The other question you are asking is will there be a problem if you were to enrol for the BCI? My question is why would there be a problem for the BCI if you were a partner in a law firm? I believe generally there would be no problem at all. If you want to clarify this any further then should pose the same question to BCI.
