Child artist is having skills in art ( any type like dancing, music, painting, acting etc.,) where as child labour whose age is below 14 years working for and having servant and master relationship are Child labour ( working in shops, factories, establishments and even in houses etc.,). There is a ban on engagement of Child labour, the person who is engaging child labour are punishable.

Agreed.

If complaint is lodged the authorities can lift the veil and distinguish between child labor and child artist.

Child artist generally considered a child having artistic skill in any field and he work for showing his skill on his free will without any compulsan but when he works under compulson than I thinks, his work comes under child labour
