Dear sir,
My name is Ashfaque Ahmed, as per my documents like Bank passbook and College marks card my name is Ashfaque Ahmed Phaniband, But in my PF account my name is mentioned as Ashfaque-Ahmed Chaman Saheb Phaniband, It includes my father name between my name and surname.
My Questuion is, Can I use my SB account with the name Ashfaque Ahmed Phaniband to claim my PF if not what should I do to claim?

No you cannot PF is not paid evenif spellings are different.

The EPFO had adopted the practice of adding father's name to rule out payment getting credited into wrong hands.
You must not face any difficulty.
Visit the PRO/APFC/RPFC in the nearest PF office and get your doubts clarified.
Speak to your banker also.
They would also affirm as above.
