is there any case where H C / S C has allowed discharge under sec 225/245 of cr pc . how much gravity is be there , yet accused has to udergo the trial,hence applicant inthe case has time to extract toil of accused.
if applicant has instituted another civil case with another name, can court club them -a criminal + a civil case , pl give any such citation.thanks
