My society has recently installed a basket ball ring in the common area of the campus. This is the only area in the building premises where people hang around in the society as every other place is in vehicle pathway. Very small kids and old people have got hit by the ball because and are not able to use the place. Society is divided over this issue. I also want this removed as i don't think anybody should benefit at the cost of others. Society is about co existing and while some kids play others can't be there. What is the legal view on this.
