A wife filed 498A againt her husband and charge has framed against husband and case is in progress...but husband has filed divorce petition but at this point, wife doesn't want to give divorce to her husband..so if he gets aquital in 498A..so shal he get divorce very easily...and for earning wife what are the chances of getting alimoney after it as cruelty would get proved against her.....
