Do i've right in my fathers property which is a gift deed

Hi,

My father expired recently writing any will. My grand father owned a house in Nizamabad. He sold the house and built an Apartment, in which he gave 2 flats to each son (6 sons) as a gift deed.

I've a brother who dosent speak to me since my marriage. My mother and father like me a lot but are scared of my brother. they always wanted to give one flat to me and one to him. However, my brother has made furnitures in both the flats and they are staying in one flat with my mom and the other one is given for rent.

I would like to know whether my mom or grandfather has right to give the flat to me without his knowledge.

My brother is a kind of psycho... He is not allowing me to come to their house after my fathers death. if he comes to know about the deed he will not allow my mother to give it to me....

Does he have rights to stop them giving it to me?

If my mom/grandfather give it to me,  can he cancel it and do some litications?

If your grandfather have already transferred both the flats in the name of your father, then you, your mother and your brother all have equal share in the property. Your mother can also transfer her share in your name if she desire so.l
