Document writer

Hi All, Is it Mandatory that one need to get drafted a document from a licensed Document Writer?

I am from Andhra Pradesh and some one informed that a licensed Document Writer only should write document and need to endorse on it and an executant cannot write a document. Is it true? please advise your opinion on this.

It is false.

There is no such rule that document can written by license holder in maharashtra.

If you share what kind of document it is I can provide you the draft.

No, there is no such rule in which it's mandatory to have a Document drafted from the Legal Experts/Document Writer. One can draft the Document by themselve also. However, it is recommended to get the Documents drafted from Legal Experts as they have experience in the field.NO such Compulsion!
