E-commerce establishment - from home

Dear sir,

I am planning to start an e-commerce website soon. This website shall help in

1) selling products from different shops to people.

2) selling services from resorts etc

online pament facility would be available & the goods shall be picked up from shops & delivered to the end customers.

I won't manufacture any product. I won't store any product so i wont have any wearhouse/stores etc

I am NOT planning to employ any staff.

I shall be opening a current account required for online transactions. I am now planning to register my venture using Bombay Shop Act (1948)

my questions are -

1) Since i will not have a seperate office premises & want to mention my residential address as my firm's address, what should be mentioned against "Nature of business" ?

2) Can i have a different names for my website & the firm being registered in the shop act form?

3) if answer to 2nd Q is yes then  where should i mention the website name in the form (there is no provision as such)?

4) Can i start another business of similar nature for eg. providing IT solutions to other firms/people etc via this registered firm  ?

5) If my friend/s want to join me as partner/s, what changes i would need to do in ths shop act form? & what documents i need to submit?

Thanks in advance

Sid
