Election case no-8/2009 odisha high court-cuttack-odishindia

ow Many Election Cases in Odisha High Court of India is finished within a time frame of 6Months - As per the Law - Representation of PeoplesAct-1951. Sec- 86(7) ?
My Election Case is still pending (3 Years gone) at Odisha High Court since June-2009. Judgement Reserved from 3rd March-2012 till now, waiting . . . . . . . Where is Democracy in India ?

Given below : The Rejection Order of RO is Unconstitutional & illegal.
“Candidate Sri Gyanendra Kumar Tripathy has neither mentioned the Part Number(s) nor Serial Number(s) of the Proposers and even could not be able, during scrutiny, to indicate in which part Number(s) and Serial Numbers of the Electoral Roll of 113-Bhubaneswar (North) the names of the proposers as signed in the Nomination paper find place. Hence the Nomination paper is found invalid and therefore rejected”

What to do now : The Judgement Reserved not coming till now ?
