Election leave

Dear Sir,

An organisation where a continuous process is operating in an manufacturing process.

So allowance half day leave to the employees to cast their votes and ask to work for half day. is a violation in the eye of law.

IN case of violation you have the option to report to Dist. Election Officer, State Election Commissioner, Chief Election Commissioner, Labor Commissioner, labor Inspector, Factory Inspector, etc………………….
