Emi increased without notice

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pl. advise on the matter that my home loan EMI increased and charges debited by my loan a/c by the bank ie. DHFL, without informing to me.

As I understand the increased EMI payment is my duty but proper information should have given to me.

They claim of courioured the letter to me. On checking with courier service it is found that the letter is returned because of short address. Secondly, I am getting the SMS for old value of EMI.

Because of pending of increased EMI, DHFL is not providing me the IT provisional letter and admant on the charges for due payment of increased EMI with old date.

Kindly advise the available  legal remedy for me.

It is the duty of the person who gives the Notice, to see that the Notice does reach the person to whom it is intended.
