Employer not paid salary

I had gone on an emergency leave with my immediate supervisors permission.  However the owner of the firm terminated me with any notice, just an email from his secretary.  He did not pay my previous month salary nor the termination amount.  I sent him emails and notice from the lawyers.  He did not reply any.  This happened in October 2010..... Im still waiting for my compensation. Please help

You may contest the termination.

Employee can seek relief under various enactments e.g. Industrial Employment Standing Orders Act, SE act, Payment of wages Act, ID Act as per the explanation of employee under these enactments.

Since the employer has not responded to the legal notice, you may invoke the provisions of these enactments and proceed  against the employer.
