Employer not processing my full and final settlement and gratuity amt even after sending the legal

I resigned from my previous employer in mid-April 2024. However, the company has yet to pay the full and final settlement, including the gratuity amount. Despite sending a legal notice nearly a month ago, there has been no payment or response.

I have followed up multiple times, sending nearly eight emails, as well as reaching out via WhatsApp and phone calls, but I have yet to receive any update or resolution.
