Can a person appointed to a government post treated 'unqualified', even the appointment is made after being sponcered by the employment exchange.
Will any employment exchange sponcer the person who is not qualified for a particular post ?
In one case, an appointment (ad-hoc/temporary) is made after being sponcered by the employment exchange and after the services of the individual is not regularised, for that, the authorities saying that he is not qualified and continued in the same post and same basis for 24 years.
