ENGLISH can be NATIONAL AND OFFICIAL LANGUAGE of UOI

Page no : 6

Pesron who is already "USING" a "STOLEN" car, how likely is it that he is the real owner of two vehicle?

A person who is real owner of a two wheeler (bike), later stoles a car. Then he will "USE" the car, but he will definitely prefer to sell the stolen car in fear of getting caught and stick with his own two wheeler (bike).

And if you are trying to use this example with English as a language being "STOLEN" by Indians, then it is harsh on part of you. Indians are not thieves to have "STOLEN" a language rather they were given it as a gift and they have adopted it.

Real meaning of stolen - Stolen (Thieve)

But here my meaning of stolen was reference to something which is not my "OWN".

If you read the "justification provided by Tripathiji and my reply to it, you will be able to understand the context in which it has been used.

I haven't read the post of Tripathiji, i only posted on the theme of topic.

Yes, Hindi is principal official language of India and English secondary official.

I was only trying to say that "USE" the English language wherever & whenever necessary but there is no need to "OWN" it.

@ Sankatmochan

You are metally sick.

Who told you i have multiple IDs?

How did you get the connection between me & others?

Have you seen any similarity between me & others?

Mind you, this is my first ID, see my all the posts for the proof.

My thinking and logic are not always similar with others.

DRF thinks as English, our national language but i have never told English to be national language.

And, live in your limit. Don't comment on anybody mother, all of us can comment on your mother too.

But by doing this, nothing will be gained and the thread may be deleted.

@ Bihari Baklol

I have nowhere said that i don't "accept" English. I have only "denied" to "accept" it as "national language".

I have said to "USE" English wherever & whenever necessary but there is no need to "OWN" it.

That is, speak (USE) English wherever & whenever necessay but there is no need to accept (OWN) it as national language.

Arup (UNEMPLOYED)     15 March 2011

ENGLISH AND HINDI BOTH ARE NATIONAL LANGUAGE.

THE INTENTION OF THE CONSTITUTION IS - HINDI GRADUALLY TOOK PLACE THE ENGLISH.

IN SERVICE, AS THE SCOPE OF ENGLISH MEDIUM IS HIGHER THAN HINDI, THEREFORE MEDIUM ENGLISH GRADUALLY OUT HINDI FROM THE MARKET.

A COMMON EXAMPLE IS THE GROWTH OF ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL THAN HINDI MEDIUM.

Actual position very clearly explained by Mr. Arup. People like their children learn English and have worldwide knowledge. Those not get admission in English medium schools they only go to Hindi or other regional language. In fact Hindi is also a regional language of North zonal states but English medium institutions are everywhere in growth. People find their interest with English to have worldwide opportunities and not interested to remain in regional boundaies.
