Entitlement of benefit of leave encashment

The Govt. of West Bengal has enhanced the salaries of its employees in terms of the recommendation of 5th Pay Commission. Whether an employee is entitled to get the enhanced amount of leave encashment as per enhanced basic pay?

You can check with your concerned office department is more authentic

After the effective date of revision of pay scales, if you availed the EL for encashment, then you will get the difference.
