Got a property registered today. There are two to three places in the sale deed mentioning about the total sale consideration value and in one of the places the document writer has inadvertantly mentioned the sale value has four instead of one lakh. The number format is correct, oonly the value in words has a this typo error. Neither the sellor nor me failed to notice it. Do I need a rectification deed? Rest of the document is fine everywhere. Please suggest
