ESI

Can anyone of you send me some recent judgements of  Supreme Court & High Courts on the ESI Act form the point of view that contractors' working under an employer are liable for compliances under the Act for the contract labour deployed by them, and that the contractor should have their own ESI code for necessary compliances. Also comments on the Sction 1, proviso 4 of the Act which is regarding the applicability of the Act.
