esic grievance

hello ,

we are a small manufacturing company in mumbai. we had a women employee, who went pune to meet a client. after meeting the first client she was going on a scooter to meet the other client to show the samples.she was seating at the backside. in between the road she met with an accident, and she died instantly.she was been paid 3700 rs monthly.it was during office hrs.

the ESIC department rejected the case on the basis of that the employee havent gone at pune for companys work. But in reality also she went over there for office work.

so now what should we do to help the poor employee family.we would like to again put the application with the ESIC department.pls give me some advice.

In this case, attendance records of the employee for the days she was out of office needs to be considered. If the employee is maked present, then you can file the application with all such relevant information again.
