I live in USA and has come India to celebrate my babys birthday.i hired an event manager to organize the birthday party and he initially charged 50000 Rs. He has not done anything as he said(I have pics). He has not even given me any bill nor did I signed anything. He then wanted 70000 which I have not agreed to pay. I have paid 50000 before the party and on the day of party he was pestered me and have taken 15000 more. So in total he took 65000 till now. After the party I was so annoyed with his arrangements which he failed to do as he promised before. Now he is calling me and pestering to pay 14000 more. Can I proceed legally to punish him what he is doing ? Please advise me what needs to be done in this case.
