F&f settlement claim on non notice period

Respected Advocates,

I had worked in an architectural designing based company based in Thrissur - Kerala.

As per the company's policy, if an employee resigns without completing the notice period, he/she will not be eligible to claim any dues or official documents from the company.

I have signed the policy acceptance letter at the time of joining. I resigned without notice period, can I claim my F&F settlement legally. Can they use my policy acceptance letter to refute my claim?

Thanks

Jeetu
